

Grinding on the turbine wheel indicates contact with the housing due to snapping off.
Large pieces missing from the turbine blades in an area with no close components indicates a foreign object passed through.
Shaft has snapped at fusion weld due to the shock applied to the turbine wheel.

The variable vein set has bends on every vein as well as some having pieces missing, likely damaged by the foreign object bouncing off of the turbine wheel.
