CNC porting, CNC 4×4 combustion chamber, valves seats, valve guides and cam caps. If you are using the original 2wd camshafts we can machine them to suit these heads. Have 4×4 camshaft bearings and spacers available.

RS and RS500 – (2WD casting – turbo damper bracket)

• Typical use – RS & RS500 Standard or Race Engines
• Valve seats for STD YB valves 35mm IN & 31mm EX
• Valve guides phosphor Bronze 7mm IN & 8mm EX
• Inner port sizes – 27mm IN & 25.5mm EX
• Valve spring platform machined for longer valve spring
• Supplied with spring seat to suit standard valve spring application.
• Can supply in different formats IE 4×4 standard through to full race and WRC.
